The Aputure Light Dome Mini III is a compact, professional-grade softbox designed to deliver beautifully controlled, soft lighting for film, photography, and broadcast applications. With its miniaturized 21.5-inch (55cm) design, it offers a versatile balance between portability and light diffusion—perfect for tight shooting spaces or on-location setups. Built with a quick-release Bowens Mount, the Light Dome Mini III pairs seamlessly with Aputure’s point-source LED fixtures such as the LS 600d, 600x, 300d, 300x, and Amaran series. Its deep parabolic shape ensures directional light control, producing natural falloff and soft wraparound illumination ideal for portraits, interviews, and product work. The Light Dome Mini III includes two diffusion strengths (1.5 stop & 2.5 stop) and an inner baffle, giving filmmakers precise control over softness and contrast. A fabric eggcrate grid is also included, adding 40° beam control to minimize spill and increase focus. Compact, durable, and highly efficient, it’s the go-to modifier for cinematic soft lighting.
